The Rules of the Road

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GplSale website ("Site") and the products and services we offer. By registering an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

All software products sold on the Site are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or an OSI-approved compatible open-source license, as published by their respective copyright holders. Under the GPL, you are permitted to use, copy, modify, and redistribute the software, provided any copies or derivatives are themselves distributed under the GPL.

The product files we provide are the original, unmodified releases from the developers. We do not sell or provide licence keys, membership credentials, or access to developers' private update servers. Updates are delivered directly through this Site, and you are responsible for downloading and installing updates from your account.

To purchase products or subscribe to a plan, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change at any time. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider (PayU). By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method.

Plan subscriptions billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms. In such cases, we will provide a refund of any amount already charged.

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are considered final once you have received access to your download or plan. However, we want you to be satisfied:

• If you purchase a product and it is not as described (for example, the file is corrupted or incomplete), contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will fix the issue or refund the amount in full.
• If a single product you purchased becomes permanently unavailable within 30 days of purchase and we cannot provide an equivalent replacement, we will refund the product's purchase price.
• Refunds are not provided for reasons that are our stated business model (for example, "no developer support or licence key" or "product already downloaded").

To request a refund, email support@gplsale.com with your order ID. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

On purchase or subscription, you gain access to download the products included in your order or plan for as long as your account is in good standing. Plan members receive access to all products available within their plan tier and can download updates released during their active subscription period.

We strive to update products within 24 hours of official developer releases but do not guarantee specific release timelines. We may remove products from the catalogue at any time; existing downloads remain available in your account.

You agree not to misuse the Site or our services. Prohibited activities include:

• Reselling, redistributing, or publicly redistributing our curated catalogue or download service in bulk (for example, repackaging and reselling the collection as a competing service).
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers, or other users' accounts.
• Uploading malicious content, scraping the Site at scale, or interfering with the Site's operation.
• Using the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, pricing, or restrictions.

The software products on the Site remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders and are licensed under the GPL. The Site's design, branding, text, and code are the property of GplSale and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

The Site and all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Software is provided without the developer's technical support. While our files are the original, unmodified releases, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every hosting environment, WordPress version, or combination of plugins and themes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GplSale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GplSale, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we believe your conduct is harmful to the Site or other users. You may stop using the Site and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access products and downloads ceases, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Site integrates with third-party services including payment processors (PayU) and analytics providers. Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and, where appropriate, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
